Terms of Use
Effective September 26, 2026
These terms apply when you use Aakhlo. By signing in, you agree to them. Please read the first section carefully.
1. Not investment advice
Aakhlo is an educational and research tool. Nothing in it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. It isn't a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and it isn't a credit rating. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker.
Answers, theses, financial-strength scores, trends and alerts are produced automatically, partly by AI, from public filings and market data. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. An approved thesis means a reviewer judged the argument to be supported by its sources, not that it is correct. Check anything important against the original filings, and speak to a licensed professional before making financial decisions. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to use Aakhlo.
- Sign in only with an email address or Google account that belongs to you, and keep it secure.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- try to get around daily limits, sign-in or access controls, or reach other people's data;
- overload the service, scrape it, or use automated tools against it;
- post notes or feedback that are unlawful, abusive, or share other people's private information;
- type personal or confidential information into questions (see the Privacy Policy for why);
- present Aakhlo's output as professional advice to others.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
4. What you post
You keep ownership of the notes and feedback you write. By posting them, you let us show them to other signed-in users as part of the service. Theses and review decisions become part of a shared, permanent record.
5. Data sources
Company filings come from the SEC's EDGAR system. Prices come from Tiingo and financial ratios from Finnhub, and may be delayed. We don't control these sources and can't guarantee they are accurate or complete.
6. The service is provided as is
Aakhlo is a free service provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features and limits may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Aakhlo and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including investment or trading losses, lost profits or lost data.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Aakhlo at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above, and if the changes are significant we'll tell signed-in users in the app. Continuing to use Aakhlo after an update means you accept the new terms.
